Matt Jackson at Rug&Home was extremely helpful, and always had answers to any questions or concerns we had about any items. Very helpful, will definitely come see him again.

Matthew and Eden are lifesavers! I had ordered a set of stools through the rug and home website, and I received an email today that the stools I was looking for were discontinued by the manufacturer. I HAD to find these stools because I had already purchased most of the other furniture in the collection, and finding something that was similar would have been impo... ssible (believe me, I tried!). I called Rug and Home via their online customer service number, and they confirmed that the stools were out of stock, and they could not find any in their stores. About 10 minutes later, I got a surprise text from a man named Matthew in the Kannapolis store stating that they did have the stools in stock in their store! I called, spoke with Eden, who had helped find the stools, and we were able to get it all squared away and I was able to purchase the stools over the phone. Matthew was able to set up a transfer from their store in Kannapolis down to the Gaffney store since it is much closer to my house. I am SOOOOOO grateful that they were able to find these stools. My heart sank into my stomach when I saw that original email, and I was really worried I my furniture wouldn't match. I have horrible OCD and as crazy and ridiculous as it sounds, mismatched furniture would have made me lose sleep! Btw, Eden, I am ok (iykyk)!  read more

I purchased a rug last week from Rug & Home. The staff was so courteous with helping me pick out rug. I personally want to thank Lisa Young. Lisa help guide me to rugs that were in the size & color I was looking for. I'm in the process of remodeling my livingroom so the rug is being kept in their warehouse until I'm ready for it.
