I was in last week to buy a beautiful area rug. I was instantly greeted by a friendly staff. A large assortment of rugs. I was assisted by Julie. She was pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. *Long Post Alert* Brandi was absolutely AMAZING! My mom and I came in the store in search for a solution to a uniquely-designed room in our home. However, we were hurried and couldn't find our room measurements, for which I'd been searching unsuccessfully on my phone for nearly an hour. Brandi not only stepped in to show me how to locate the measurements literall... y in seconds, but she patiently waded us through the beautiful and seemingly unlimited choices in the store, adding spot-on design perspective, all while adeptly juggling multiple customers and STILL making Mom and me feel like a priority. As if that weren't enough, she helped me find a table and chairs right in the store, saving me tons of time and resources elsewhere! Upon entering the store we were greeted by a gentleman named David.David did a great job showing my wife and I the area where we were looking for a 8x10 rugs.I believe we were in the store about 30 minutes where David took the rugs we had picked out laid them out on floor and my wife picked out the rug she wanted and out the door.Thanks again David and Rug and Ho... me. read more

I had a wonderful experience working with Meagen Berry in the store yesterday!! She listened to exactly what I was looking for and found me so many rugs within my price range to choose from! Gabriel was my salesman. He got my vibe unlike the other stores salespeople. I was scouting to find options before going out with my wife. He directed me towards what I was looking for and left me alone but was available for my questions. Called the wife and we bought a few pieces of furniture from him. There was a price discrepancy and the manager accommodated m... y wife’s concerns. They double wrapped the furniture and loaded it up. Lisa was very friendly and helpful from the moment we walked in the door. She ushered us to the 5x8 rug row and invited us to look and mark the ones we liked and left us alone to look. When she rejoined us we talked a little more about our living room colors. Lisa pointed out a contemporary earth toned tight weave that looked very attractive at first glance and e... nded up being the one we got along with a few southwest motif throw pillows. All this compliments well with our wood floors, dark brown stressless furniture and large wall photos of the red rocks of Arizona. No sales pressure, no steering, just helpful, friendly and knowledgeable support. We have found that Rug and Home is a great place to shop and do a sort of remodel/refresh by getting a new rug every few years. read more
